Thank you for supporting my small business. I take great care to package and ship your order safely and sustainably. If you have any questions about shipping or returns, please feel free to get in touch.
1. Shipping Information
Processing Times
All orders are handmade and packed with care.
Typical processing time: [2–3 business days]
If there is ever a delay, I’ll contact you as soon as possible.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped using Yodel, with tracking provided where available.
Delivery times are estimated 2-3 working days and set by the courier. Delays during busy seasons or strikes are outside my control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are free on all orders over £15 to the UK mainland, I do not deliver outside this area.
Orders under £15 are charged at £3.00.
I aim to keep shipping costs fair and transparent.
Packaging
All packaging is:
Plastic‑free
Recyclable
Or compostable where possible
I prioritise sustainability in every part of the process.
2. Returns & Refunds
I want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your items.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of personal care and handmade cosmetic products, returns are only accepted if:
The item is unopened, in its original packaging
The return request is made within 7 days of delivery
If the product has been opened or used, I cannot accept a return for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Attach clear photos of the issue
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to an error on my part:
I cover the return postage.
If you simply change your mind:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, I will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs (if any) are generally non‑refundable, except in cases where the item was incorrect.
4. Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact me as soon as possible.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for return (conditions apply).
